Acceptance by you
Your purchase of the Property Masterclass (Masterclass) from us via our website and/or the utilisation of any of our services as part of a Masterclass will constitute your acceptance of these Terms and you will be consequently bound by these Terms. You also understand the information contained in the Masterclass relates only to Victoria, and you understand your course will remain open for 365 days from purchase. You also understand the information contained in this course was correct at time of publishing.
Limitation of liability and disclaimers
Our services - Although we have significant real estate expertise, we are not acting as your real estate agent or real estate advisor when providing the services purchased as part of the Masterclass. Instead, the information and guidance that we will provide you is general in nature. In the event that you wish to engage us to provide you with buyer’s advocacy services, we will be happy to assist, and that will be the subject of a separate set of terms and conditions.
We make no warranties in relation to the Masterclass.
Limitation of liability - To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, in no event shall we be liable for any direct and indirect loss, damage or expense — irrespective of the manner in which it occurs — which may be suffered due to your use of our website and/or the information or materials contained on it, or our Masterclasss.
